Have ordered flowers from here numerous times over the years and am never dissapointed they listen to exactly what you want and they are always beautiful and always get compliments and asked where they are from wouldnt use any other florist best around !!!!

I visited this florist today with my friend who is in a wheelchair. The premises had a step so we could not gain access. I went in to ask if they had a ramp and was told no in a dismissive manner - they were evidently busy. With coaxing I got the staff to come outside to my friend to consult on a bouquet. Whilst the floral arrangement purchased was beautiful, the whole experience would have been better with compassion, humility and proactive assistance, rather than us having to tease them out of their shop, and being made to feel like an inconvenience. In summary, fab flowers, but atrocious customer service.
Went for a consultation for our wedding flowers and spoke in detail about what we wanted. The lady told us we would get a quote emailed to us but we never heard anything from them! Was a waste of time and our wedding date has been and gone.
For the 5th consecutive year, we had 2 fantastic table arrangements for Christmas day. Thank you Son Flowers, they certainly created a WOW factor for us and our guests.
