Not a very nice area generally situated on the A22 can have traffic noises. Staff are not vey friendly or welcoming. There is a bar but it is ludicrously expensive as you might expect. There is parking but barely enough at busy times and often there are vehicles blocking parts it. General condition is not good there is corrosion around certain areas in the bathroom where germs breed. If you are staying more than one night you have to ask for the room to be cleaned and for coffee tea and milk. They clearly try to squeeze as much profit out as they can hence the lower level of condition. Mattress has a large dip in the middle of it so not as comfortable as one would like.
Excellent service and comfortable
Very sparse... No cups in bathroom and only one chair to sit on. Fine if you are not a couple. Had to ask for extra towels also.
Had a one night stay and on arrival was welcomed by a male member of staff on reception. Room was very comfortable and clean but also smelled fresh, breakfast was very enjoyable. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay again.
Staff were welcoming. Always on hand when needed anything or had any problems and always with a smile. Food was lovely. Overall nice people
